Kim Smith the Founder of “Touch Me Not Inc.” an organization which teaches youth to propel beyond the boundaries and to fulfill their life purpose. She is tenacious and relentless in encouraging today’s youth to exceed the expectations of society and excel beyond the norm. She discovered, “Touch Me Not, Inc.” a program designed for youth creating opportunities to define the potential within. With skills learned from numerous activities she deals with self identity and building self-confidence in our today’s youth population.
Her life Motto: Success is no longer defined by terms from external forces, but intrinsic forces such as motivation, potential and purpose with the intent of provoking youth to redefine self-worth.
Teaching, training, coaching, writer and motivational speaker are the areas where Mrs. Smith is most passionate. She is an experience public speaker and has had the opportunity to be included on the distinguished roster of speakers from around the world as part of the Mega-Fest 2004 Youth Conference, Powerhouse Youth Conference and The Potters House National Debutante Program. She has mentored youth and was banquet speaker for Duncanville High School Girls Basketball Program.
With over 10 years of experience in coordinating, event planning, consulting, training, she is currently the CEO of McGrew, Warfield & Associates Event Planning. She is the co- author of “Finishing Strong” while maintaining the audacity to speak peace in the midst of the storm. Finishing Strong opens the door for imminent wisdom and discernment on the nature of the battle and the key to victory.
She is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Sociology. Her athletic career catapulted positions of opportunity for equipping other to become better is one way that Mrs. Smith ensures that she is helping future generations.
